We watched some friends of ours children~ and made cookies during their visit! We love when Trey and Ellie come over for a visit!
This is a REALLY good sugar cookie recipe! The two year old's cookies even turned out! Fool Proof!!! We didn't do icing, all we did wase red sprinkles and they turned out really cute! Here is our recipe~
Rolled Sugar Cookies*
1C butter
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
3 C sifted flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Roll out on a well-floured board and cut into desired shapes. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheets @ 375-400, 5-8 minutes.
WARNING* Just try not to eat all the dough before you bake them ;)
